			<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>Pentru ca am sarbatorit aniverasarea noastra de trei ani am zis sa fac ceva mai special, ceva ce n-am mai incercat pana acum. Am hotarat sa facem ( pentru ca m-a ajutat si iubitul meu) o tarta cu ciocolata si nuca.Buuuuuuuuunnn</p>
<p>Ingrediente pentru aluat de tarta :</p>
<p>Pe acealeasi care le-am folosit pentru aluatul tartei cu mere si scotisoara(vezi reteta)</p>
<p>Ingrediente pentru crema de ciocolata cu nuca:</p>
<p>-180 grame ciocolata de menaj</p>
<p>-2/3 unt</p>
<p>-200 grame nuca</p>
<p>-o fiola de rom</p>
<p>-2 linguri zahar</p>
<p>-2 galbenusuri</p>
<p>-praf de copt</p>
<p>acestea se topesc la bain-marie</p>
<p>Dupa ce se topesc si se amesteca, se lasa la racit pentru ca apoi adaugam 2 galbenusuri de ou si e foarte important ca acestea sa nu devina omleta <img src='http://s0.wp.com/wp-includes/images/smilies/icon_smile.gif' alt=':)' class='wp-smiley' /> )). In timp ce se raceste compozitia pregatim 200 grame de nuca pisata; eu l-am pus pe Ali sa o piseze <img src='http://s0.wp.com/wp-includes/images/smilies/icon_smile.gif' alt=':)' class='wp-smiley' /> )) si am adaugat-o compozitiei.</p>
<p>Ok, acum ce ramane de facut? Adaugam o fiola de rom, putin praf de copt si o lingura de zahar pentru ca e destul de dulce ciocolata oricum. Gataaa compozitiaa!</p>
<p>Peste aluatul de tort care a stat sa se rumeneasca putin la cuptor adaugam compozitia noastra si o bagam la cuptor din nou pentru 15 minute aproximativ. Mai verificam din cand in cand <img src='http://s0.wp.com/wp-includes/images/smilies/icon_biggrin.gif' alt=':D' class='wp-smiley' /> .. si cand e gata mancam cu pofta!</p>
<p>De data asta am facut cateva poze <img src='http://s0.wp.com/wp-includes/images/smilies/icon_biggrin.gif' alt=':D' class='wp-smiley' />  si promit ca de acum inainte veti avea poze la fiecare reteta. Noua ne-a placut tarta &#8220;aniversara&#8221;&#8230;pofta buna!</p>

<li>250ml infuzie de ceai verde</li>
<li>2 linguri de miere</li>
<li>3 lamai</li>
<li>gheataaa</li>
</ul>
<p>Cand infuzia de ceai verde s-a racit o adaugam apei  dupa care stoarcem sucul celor trei lamai peste. Amestecam si indulcim cu miere, agaugam cateva cuburi de gheata si punem la frigider.</p>

<p>Cel mai mare producator mondial de ciocolata va scoate pe piata un produs capabil sa lupte cu ridurile si sa incetineasca procesul imbatranirii.  Este vorba despre o ciocolata speciala, care abunda in antioxidanti. Doar 20 de grame din acest produs, consumate zilnic, previn ridurile, lasand pielea stralucitoare si hidratata si crescandu-i elasticitatea, au explicat reprezentantii Barry Callebaut, citat de Reuters.  In ultima perioada, interesul fata de valoarea nutritionala a alimentelor a crescut mult, iar reprezentantii companiei Barry Callebaut sustin ca si gigantii precum Nestle sau Danone incearca sa-si inscrie produsele in aceasta directie, a alimentelor sanatoase.  Despre ciocolata neagra se stie ca aduce nenumarate beneficii sanatatii, cum ar fi scaderea presiunii arteriale si reducerea riscului de accident cerebral, gratie continutului mare de antioxidanti.  Grupul elvetian a gasit o metoda de a pastra toate flavonoidele din boabele de cacao in timpul procesului de fabricatie a ciocolatei, ceea ce face ca produsul finit sa fie mai bogat in antioxidanti.  Nenumarate studii au aratat ca antioxidantii numiti flavonoide incetinesc efectele radicalilor liberi asupra epidermei.  Ciocolata speciala, care urmeaza sa iasa curand pe piata, va include si o varianta organica si una &#8220;diet&#8221;.</p>

<p>Prajitura asta e un fel de negresa uriasa:)) Poate servi foarte bine ca tort de aniversare daca il decorezi corespunzator.</p>
<p><strong>Ingrediente</strong>:</p>
<ul>
<li>200 gr unt nesarat</li>
<li>350 gr ciocolata de menaj neagra</li>
<li>50 gr cacao</li>
<li>100 gr zahar pudra</li>
<li>100 gr faina</li>
<li>4 oua</li>
<li>50 gr migdale(optional)</li>
</ul>
<p style="text-align:left;">Se topeste untul impreuna cu ciocolata la bain-marie; se adauga zaharul pudra si se lasa compozitia sa se raceasca. Intre timp separam albusurile de ou de galbenusuri; cand compozitia este rece se adauga galbenusurile si se amesteca foarte bine impreuna cu faina. Dupa ce acestea se incorporeaza bine batem albusurile spuma si le adaugam compozitiei. Optional putem adauga fulgi de migdalele sau alune de padure pentru un gust crocant.</p>
<p style="text-align:left;">Asezam continul intr-o tava de tort si il punem la cuptor pentru aproximativ 30 de minute.</p>
<p style="text-align:left;">Se serveste calda cu inghetata de vanilie si capsuni proaspete.</p>

<p>Cred ca ati ghicit deja..eu sunt una dintre cei care nu pot trai fara dulciuri&#8230;Am hotarat sa public reteta asta  ca o alternativa la faimoasele cinnamon rolls de la Cinabon, care imi plac foarte mult . De asemenea pot fi incluse in meniul de Craciun, eu asa am facut !</p>
<p>Pentru Cinamon Rolls ne trebuie:</p>
<ul>
<li>un litru de lapte</li>
<li>300 gr unt</li>
<li>250 gr zahar</li>
<li>2 cuburi drojdie proaspata</li>
<li>1 kg faina</li>
<li>1 pliculet praf de copt</li>
<li>1 pliculet bicarbonat de sodiu</li>
<li>3 linguri ulei de floarea soarelui</li>
<li>muuulta scortisoara</li>
</ul>
<p>Amestecam laptele, uleiul si zaharul intr un vas pe care il punem apoi pe foc si il tinem pana inaintea punctului de fierbere. Se lasa amestecul sa se raceasca 30 de minute; cand se raceste adaugam drojdia si cele 800 de grame de faina si lasam aluatul sa creasca pentru o ora. Dupa ce creste considerabil adaugam restul de faina, bicarbonatul si praful de copt, amestecam si lasam la frigider peste noapte. Cand aluatul este gata il intindem pe o suprafata plana (ca si  la pizza) si turma peste el untul topit si scortisoara amestecata cu zahar. Rulam aluatul si il taiem felii ca si cum am taia o paine. Pregatim o tava unsa cu unt si punem rulourile la cuptorul bine incins pentru aproximativ 15 minute.</p>
<p>Este nevoie de rabdare pentru prepararea lor dar rezultatul  e wow <img src='http://s0.wp.com/wp-includes/images/smilies/icon_biggrin.gif' alt=':D' class='wp-smiley' /> </p>
<p>Va recomand sa le mancati calde cu o ciocolata calda alaturi:D</p>

<p>Prajiturele mele preferate pentru Craciun pe care le prepar in forme de reni, ursi, veverite si alte animalute au urmatoarele ingrediente:</p>
<ul>
<li>100 gr unt nesarat</li>
<li>50 gr miere de albine(sau mai mult dupa preferinte)</li>
<li>50 gr zahar tos</li>
<li>jumatate de lingura de praf pentru copt</li>
<li>2 galbenusuri de ou</li>
<li>300 gr faina</li>
<li>scortisoara</li>
<li>jumatate de lingura praf de ghimbir</li>
</ul>
<p>Intai batem zaharul cu untul pana cand compozitia e cremoasa si usoara. Adaugam galbenusurile, bicarbonatul si mierea iar apoi faina, scortisoara si ghimbirul. Se amesteca bine compozitia si se lasa sa se &#8220;odihneasca&#8221; pentru 30 de minute.</p>
<p>Se lasa in cuptor 10-12 minute pana cand se rumenesc.</p>
<p>P.S: Dupa ce le scoti din cuptor o sa iti miroasa toata casa &#8220;a Craciun&#8221; <img src='http://s0.wp.com/wp-includes/images/smilies/icon_smile.gif' alt=':)' class='wp-smiley' /> ) e un miros mai placut decat cel de cozonac!</p>

<p>Pastele astea sunt atat de bune incat au devenit felul meu preferat. Prima data am mancat penne carbonara intr-un restaurant italienesc din Elvetia si am inceput sa vin acolo aproape in fiecare zi din vacanta mea de vara, doar pentru aceste paste. Inainte sa revin in tara am incercat sa conving personalul de acolo sa imi dea reteta&#8230;nu am reusit:))</p>
<p>Asa ca incercat varianta mea si trebuie sa recunosc ca se aproprie de ceea ce ar trebui sa fie.</p>
<p>Iata ingredientele:</p>
<ul>
<li>penne Barilla 500gr</li>
<li>smantana lichida(aproximativ 300 gr)</li>
<li>cateva felii de bacon</li>
<li>parmezan</li>
<li>piper</li>
<li>un praf de usturoi(optional)</li>
</ul>
<p>Se fierb pastele in apa fierbinte cu o lingurita de sare pentru aproximativ 8 minute (depinde de tipul pastelor); mie imi place sa le gatesc &#8220;al dente&#8221;.</p>
<p>Cand au fiert le strecuram de apa si le punem intr-o tigaie adanca, dupa care adaugam progresiv baconul taiat marunt, smantana, parmezanul si piperul, amestecand pentru un minut cu o lingura de lemn. Se pot introduce la cuptor pentru cateva minute cu cascaval ras deasupra. Se servesc neaparat calde!</p>

<p>Pentru o pizza reusita avem nevoie de un aluat bun..eu prefer sa il fac acasa cu urmatoarele ingrediente:</p>
<ul>
<li>250 gr faina</li>
<li>un cub de drojdie</li>
<li>un praf de sare</li>
<li>o lingurita de zahar</li>
<li>o lingurita de ulei de masline</li>
</ul>
<p style="text-align:left;">Toate acestea se amesteca si se lasa sa creasca 20 de minute. In acest timp pregatim toppingul: sos de rosii(eu il prepar din rosii la conserva in suc propriu, oregano, sare, o lingurita de zahar si una de ulei de masline), mozzarella sau cascaval, sunca, porumb, peperoni, ciuperci, masilne sau orice altceva va place. Dupa ce aluatul este gata il asezam intr-o tava unsa cu putina faina si adaugam sosul de rosii si topping-urile. Se lasa la cuptor pentru 15-20 de minute.</p>

<p>Poti sa faci si tu un desert demn de un restaurant parizian ! Aceste sufleuri de ciocolata satisfac pana si gusturile celui mai pretentios gurmand. De fiecare data cand mi-e pofta de ciocolata imi vine in minte aceast desert pentru care avem nevoie de:</p>
<ul>
<li>250 gr unt</li>
<li>400 gr ciocolata de menaj</li>
<li>2 oua</li>
<li>50 gr faina</li>
<li>50gr  zahar pudra</li>
</ul>
<p>Pentru inceput topim untul impreuna cu ciocolata la bain marie. Dupa ce acestea se topesc se lasa putin la racit, pentru a se putea adauga ouale peste ulterior. Peste ciocolata topita se adauga zaharul pudra, faina si apoi cele doua oua.</p>
<p>Se amesteca ingredientele pana cand se combina bine si se obtine o culoare si consistenta uniforma. Continutul se toarna in vase termorezistente de dimensiuni mici si se lasa la cuptor pentru aproximativ 13 minute. Se servesc calde cu frisca, inghetata sau fructe de padure.</p>
<p>P.S.: Acest desert poate provoca dependenta.</p>
